How do I purchase a ticket?

If you still need to buy a ticket for MadHop, please click the "Buy Tickets Now" button above. Tickets for this event are only on sale through our local ticketing provider, MadTix.

Tier 3 General Admission tickets are currently on sale for $55 (plus fees). Ticket prices will go up the day of the festival. You'll then bring your ticket to Will Call on Friday or Saturday to pick up your event wristband.

Where do I go to check in & pick up my wristband?

Wristbands are required to enter the MadHop 2024 venues. Please bring your ticket to Will Call to redeem your wristband. Will Call dates, times, & locations are below:

Friday, November 1st Will Call

Grote Outdoor Stage | 6-9pm

Saturday, November 2nd Will Call

Grote Outdoor Stage | 10am-4pm

Do I have to print my ticket?

Nope! You can bring the electronic version of your ticket, which was sent to your email when you made your purchase. All we need to do is scan the QR code located on your mobile ticket.

You are welcome to print your ticket if you'd like, though.

I can't find my ticket in my email. What should I do?

We totally understand! Sometimes emails are hard to track down. We recommend using key words like "MadHop" or "MadTix" to search your email inbox.

If you're unable to locate your ticket, you can do one of the following:

Can tickets be purchased the day of the event?

Yup! We will be selling tickets at Will Call both Friday & Saturday. TICKET PRICES WILL GO UP ON SATURDAY, so we encourage you to purchase ahead of time.

Cash or cards will be accepted for in-person ticket purchases.
