How do I purchase a ticket?

To purchase a MadHop ticket, please click the "Buy Tickets Now" button above. Tickets for this event are exclusively sold through our local ticketing provider, MadTix.

Tickets MUST be purchased online. In-person sales will only be available the weekend of the event at a higher cost.

Ticket prices will progressively increase the closer we get to MadHop weekend, so purchase them ASAP. You'll then bring your ticket to Will Call on Friday or Saturday to pick up your event wristband.

Where do I go to check in & pick up my wristband?

Wristbands are required to enter the MadHop 2026 venues. Please bring your ticket to Will Call to redeem your wristband. Will Call dates, times, & locations are below:

Friday, November 6th Will Call

5:30-9pm @ Grote Outdoor Stage (Mulberry St.)

Saturday, November 7th Will Call

10am-4pm @ Grote Outdoor Stage (Mulberry St.)

Do I have to print my ticket?

Nope! You can bring the electronic version of your ticket, which was sent to your email when you made your purchase. All we need to do is scan the QR code located on your mobile ticket.

You are welcome to print your ticket if you'd like, though.

I can't find my ticket in my email. What should I do?

We totally understand! Sometimes emails are hard to track down. We recommend using key words like "MadHop" or "MadTix" to search your email inbox

If you're unable to locate your ticket, you can email info@madtixevents.com & request your tickets be resent to your email.

Can tickets be purchased the day of the event?

Yup! We will be selling tickets at Will Call both Friday & Saturday. TICKET PRICES WILL GO UP ON FRIDAY, so we encourage you to purchase ahead of time.

Cash or cards will be accepted for in-person ticket purchases.
